Lily is an accomplished Controller with over 15 years of experience delivering reliable results.

At Optra, she is responsible for evaluating & recommending appropriate transactions accounting treatment in accordance with GAAP. She is also involved in controllership, financial planning, and analysis, corporate tax, and statutory compliance.

Prior to joining Optra, Lily was a successful supporter in closing equity fund raising by providing high -quality, accurate financial analysis of alternatives, P&L modeling, and risk assessment.

Lily holds a master’s degree in taxation from San Jose State University and Bachelor of Mathematics degree from University of British Columbia. She is also an active CPA.
